Who We Are

Creating beautiful spaces is not about excess — more money, more things, more trends, or more fashion. In a world of constant influence and endless inspiration, we believe great design begins with asking better questions: What do we value? What do we want our homes to make room for?

For more than 10 years, DeMaster Design Studios has been shaped by those answers. We value trust and integrity. We value relationships and connection. We value thoughtful design, quality materials, meaningful function, and time — yours and ours.

To us, great design is about more than aesthetics. It should support the way you live, create room for the people you love, and bring a sense of ease, beauty, and intention to everyday life. Our belief in “less is more” is not about doing without; it is about making space for what matters most.

Our work is modern, natural, and quietly refined — rooted in warm woods, layered neutrals, tailored silhouettes, meaningful color, natural light, and materials that feel enduring rather than trend-driven. Every space is designed to feel personal, livable, and deeply considered.

Founder Rayna DeMaster brings a rare combination of design intuition, technical rigor, and calm project leadership to residential interiors. Before founding DeMaster Design Studios, Rayna spent nearly two decades as a systems engineer in aerospace and consumer electronics, working across complex teams to solve problems where function, experience, and detail all had to come together.

That same systems-level thinking shapes the studio’s design process today. We help clients sort through ideas, clarify priorities, and make decisions in the right order, so the process feels less overwhelming and the final home feels more cohesive, meaningful, and beautifully resolved.

Working with DeMaster Design Studios is collaborative, organized, and deeply considered. We listen carefully, guide thoughtfully, and bring clarity to the many connected decisions that shape a home — helping you create a space that reflects what you value most and supports the way you want to live.
